Celebrating On-Time Arrival with Attendance Surprise Raffles

We are excited to share a new initiative aimed at promoting positive morning routines and setting students up for success each school day. To encourage punctuality, we have been hosting morning attendance surprise raffles for students who arrive on time. These raffles add a fun and motivating start to the day while reinforcing the importance of being ready to learn when school begins.

Arriving at school on time helps students feel calm, prepared, and connected to their classroom community. When students start the day without rushing, they are better able to focus, participate, and engage in learning activities from the very beginning.

Arrival Expectations

Students may arrive at school as early as 7:30 a.m.
School begins promptly at 7:45 a.m.
Any student arriving after 7:45 a.m. will be marked tardy.

Tips for Supporting On-Time Arrival

Families can help support punctuality by:

• Preparing backpacks, lunches, and clothing the night before

• Setting consistent morning routines and alarms

• Planning to arrive a few minutes early to allow for traffic or weather delays

• Arriving at the bus stop several minutes before the scheduled pickup time
