Broad Rock Elementary School was filled with excitement as we welcomed incoming kindergarten students and their families for Kindergarten Signing Day! 

Broad Rock students are stepping up to the plate as part of Richmond Public Schools’ first-ever elementary baseball league.

Broad Rock Elementary School is excited to welcome our newest students and families at Kindergarten Signing Day on March 26th from 9am-10:30am! 

The PACER test is in full swing this week, with students pushing themselves and Nurse Olson jumping in to run over 100 laps with a 5th grade class. 

Principal Teya Green was surprised by family, students, and staff as she received a regional leadership award and $20,000 to support student literacy initiatives at Broad Rock Elementary.

Families are invited to join us for a Math, Reading, and STEM Night on Thursday, March 5 from 5:30–6:30 PM.

Join us as we celebrate the first semester of learning on February 12th for Awards Day! The ceremony will begin with musical performances in the gymnasium and conclude with awards presented in individual classrooms.

K-2nd Grade Ceremony begins at 8:30am. 

3-5th Grade Ceremony begins at 10:00am. 

Mr. Jones’s 5th grade art students have been transforming blank walls into vibrant murals throughout the school. Their creative work showcases teamwork, artistic skill, and school pride while brightening our learning spaces.
